oz cream cheese

oz imitation crab meat

T. chopped green onion
dash
of salt
dash
of pepper
won
ton wrappers
Mix
all ingredients together with an electric blender except wrappers. Put about 1 T. mixture into wrapper, seal
sides in a pyramid fashion by bringing each corner to meet the opposite in the center.
Seal
wrap with 1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water.
Deep fry or pan fry in very hot oil until crispy brown.
