Campbell’s Soup
Recipe
½ of a 16 oz.
package linguine
1 cup fresh or
frozen broccoli
2 T. butter
1 lb. skinless,
boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 ½’’ pieces
1 can Cream of
Mushroom Soup
½ cup milk
½ cup grated
parmesan cheese
¼ tsp. ground
pepper
Prepare linguine
according to package directions. Add
broccoli during the last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain linguine and broccoli in colander.
Heat butter in a
skillet over medium high heat. Add
chicken and cook until well browned.
Stir soup, milk,
cheese, black pepper and linguine mixture into skillet. Cook until mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve with additional parmesan cheese.
Options: substitute
grilled chicken. Substitute shrimp for
chicken.
