Bran Muffins
Mix and let stand:

cups 100% bran
2
cups boiling water
4
tsp baking soda
Add:
5 cups flour
1
½ tsp salt
4 eggs
1 quart buttermilk
4 cups All Bran cereal'
4 eggs
1 quart buttermilk
4 cups All Bran cereal'
Cream:
2
½ cups sugar
1
cup butter, softened
Combine
bran mixture with sugar and butter mixture.
Then add to flour mixture. Store
muffin mix in refrigerator and use as wanted.
Do not stir again, just spoon into greased tins. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
