Best Chocolate cake

In a mixing bowl:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 heaping tablespoons of
cocoa
1 cup canola oil
Once that is blended measure
ON TOP of the mixture:
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt (or less)
2 teaspoons vanilla
DO NOT STIR YET.
Pour 2 cups boiling water
over the whole mixture. Let it sizzle
for about 30 seconds and then beat with a wooden spoon. Then whisk.
Pour into a greased 9X13 pan.
Bake for 35 minutes
350 oven.
